You will receive the original handwritten message, which is perfect for framing, along with your personalized message digitally printed onto your merch that you can Wear, Wash and Show Off.
Can I wash my FanShark shirt?
Absolutely. That is what makes FanShark so different. Just follow the regular washing instructions for your shirt.
How long after purchasing my item, will it ship?
You can expect your item to ship around fourteen days upon the conclusion of the Campaign.
How long does a Campaign run for?
Campaign lengths are typically range from one week to one month.
I have an avid fan base. Can I be on the FanShark platform as a Talent?

Where can I find the size chart for my shirt?
Size charts are available on the product page (step 3) next to the available sizes.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards can be purchased in varying amounts from $50-$500. Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed at FanShark.Com

ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
How can I create an account?
Select the “Sign Up” button at the top right hand corner. Fill out the short form with a username, email address and password. Check the box if you would like to receive updates. Finally, hit that “register” button to complete the sign up process.
How do I update my shipping address?
Select “My Account” at the top right hand corner and choose the “Edit” button associated with your shipping address.
How do I update my billing address?
Select “My Account” at the top right hand corner and choose the “Edit” button associated with your billing address.
I am having trouble logging in to my account.
Enter your email address and select the forgot password button. Check your email for the password reset email. Follow the link and enter a new password.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Simply click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our marketing emails to opt out.
